Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We can deliver anywhere in the mainland United Kingdom.
We do not currently deliver to UK Offshore (Scottish Isles, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, and Channel Islands), Ireland or offer International Shipping. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
When will I get delivery?
Standard items that are in stock will be delivered within 4 working days.
Fragile items that are in stock will be delivered within 4 working days.
Heavy / Furniture deliveries will be delivered within 14 working days (18 days for Cornwall, Devon, Scotland and Wales). Our carriers will contact you directly to agree time slots.

I still haven't received my order even though I've been notified of its dispatch. Please email us at [email protected] stating your name and order number and we will look into it immediately. All of our parcels are tracked so we will be able to resolve any problems quickly for you.
Can I choose a different delivery address?
Yes, it is possible to choose a different delivery address to the billing address at the point of checkout.
Why do I have more than one delivery? Where are my other items?
This may be a result of your order consisting of a combination of both Standard, Fragile and Heavy / Furniture Goods which are delivered by different couriers.
Are my card details secure on your system?
Yes, your card details are completely secure.
When will you debit my order?
All orders are debited at the time of the transaction.
How can I check when a certain product is available?
Our website is constantly updated with current stock availability.
Our material swatch samples available?
Yes, please email us at [email protected] with your address details and we will arrange for swatch samples to be sent out.
I want more information on a product?
Then email us at [email protected] specifying what you need to know and we will send you as much information as we can.
Do we supply products for commercial use?
Our products are recommended for domestic use only, please contact us directly if you are considering using our products for commercial purposes.
How do I use my discount, media or promotional code?
If you have a Discount, Promotion or Media Code you simply need to enter this at the checkout or give it to the customer service agent for phone orders and this will then calculate any discount available at that time. Please note that only one promotional offer can be used at any one time and these exclude products already discounted and delivery charges.
