Maintenance
To clean the cord you can occasionally wipe with a tightly wrung soft cloth with a neutral, colorless soap solution. It is not recommended to do this too often as it can cause unnecessarily wear to the paper cord. Never use detergent on paper cord.
The paper cord is treated with a thin layer of wax that helps prevent stains. However, discoloration of the paper cord can happen if stains such as red wine or fruit juice are spilled on the cord.
Care
Keep out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources such as a radiator, underfloor heating or wood stove.
Delivery to mainland UK will be made up to 14 working days after order placement (Mon to Fri) unless the delivery timer on the product page states otherwise i.e. pre-order items.
